**NOTE** Be sure to add a 16oz bottle of our raw, local honey to your order or complete the recipe with 3/4 cups of your sweetener of choice. 

The Sailor Mercy difference: with such a delightful flavor, kiddos absolutely love the taste of our syrup and beg for more. We would describe it as sweet with a cinnamon and clove kick. You can drink it straight as a supplement, or add it to oatmeal, apple juice, applesauce, ice cream, yogurt, maple syrup, granola, waffles, sparkling water … or be as creative as you like (our syrup is known to have made the occasional appearance in champagne and cocktail recipes from time to time as well).
 
 
Suggested Dosing:
-For daily maintenance: ages 1-6 years take 1 tsp daily, 7-12 years take 2 tsp daily, 13+ take 1 tbsp daily.
-Intensive use: ages 1-6 years take 1 tsp 3 times daily, 7-12 years take 2 tsp 3 times daily, and 13+ take 1 tbsp 3 times daily.
 
16oz: Package weight is 3oz of dry ingredients.  Recipe makes approximately 16oz of syrup.
32oz: Package weight is 6oz of dry ingredients. Recipe makes approximately 32oz of syrup.
 
-Your DIY kit will last for one year unopened and stored in a cool, dark place.  Syrup will keep up to 3 months when refrigerated properly. 
-If you are pregnant, nursing, have any health condition or are taking any medications, consult your healthcare practitioner before using this product.
-Package is heat sealed.
